Wood & Cedar Fence Installation

Cedar privacy fences and wood gates for homes across Pearland and the greater Houston area.

A good wood fence gives you privacy, keeps pets and kids in the yard and makes the whole property look cared for. We build cedar and wood privacy fences that go up straight and stay that way, with posts set solid, clean lines along the property and gates that swing and latch the way they should.

Cedar privacy fences start at about $32 per linear foot installed, with posts set in concrete. Every yard is different, so we give a free, exact estimate on site.

A fence consultant walks the property with you, helps you pick a height, style and finish, and gives you a free written estimate. On replacements, our crew tears out the old fence and hauls the debris away, so you’re left with a finished yard, not a pile at the curb.

Styles we build

  • Dog-ear privacy fence: classic side-by-side pickets with clipped tops
  • Board-on-board (shadowbox): overlapping pickets for full privacy, even as the wood dries
  • Framed and capped: top cap and trim boards for a finished, picture-frame look
  • Horizontal cedar: a modern look for backyards and front accents
  • Wood gates: walk gates, double drive gates and steel-frame gates for wide openings
  • Pool-area privacy fencing around backyard pools

Built for Gulf Coast weather

Houston-area fences deal with heavy rain, humid summers, shifting clay soil and the occasional tropical storm. That’s why we pay attention to the parts you don’t see: solid post setting, sturdy rails and gate framing that carries the weight. Wide drive gates can be built on a steel frame, welded by our own crew, so they stay square and don’t drag.

Sharing a fence line?

Many replacements involve a backyard neighbor. We’ve worked with neighbors on shared fence lines so both sides get a fence they’re happy with. If you’re in an HOA, check the architectural guidelines before you build. Our written estimate lists the style, height and materials, which is usually what an HOA application asks for.

From wood fence customers

Wonderful experience. The new fence is beautiful and well built. Lamont worked with us and our backyard neighbors to give us both what we wanted. We both have an architectural design. They left our yard clean and removed all debris. I am very satisfied with the quality of work, responsiveness to our questions and the scheduling.

From the moment I reached out to them, they put me at ease with my project of replacing a fence in my backyard that I shared with other neighbors. Wood fence questions

What's the difference between dog-ear, board-on-board and framed-and-capped?

Dog-ear is the classic side-by-side picket with clipped corners. Board-on-board overlaps the pickets so no gaps open up as the wood dries. Framed-and-capped adds a top cap and trim boards for a finished, picture-frame look from the street.

Do you build horizontal cedar fences?

Yes. Horizontal cedar is a clean, modern look for backyards and front accents, and we can pair it with a matching gate or an iron gate.

Will you remove my old fence?

Yes. Tear-out and haul-away of the old fence is part of a replacement, and we clean up before we leave.

Can you work with my neighbor on a shared fence?

Yes. We've worked with backyard neighbors on shared fence lines so both sides end up with a fence they're happy with.
