New home? Your first fence
Many new Manvel homes come with a basic builder fence, or none at all on some sides. We add privacy fences, upgrade builder fences to board-on-board or framed-and-capped cedar, and add wider gates so you can get a mower, trailer or boat into the backyard. If your community has HOA fence guidelines, check them first. Our written estimate lists the style, height and materials you’ll need for the application.
Acreage and rural properties
On larger lots, cost per foot matters and so does the entry. We install long runs of chain link, ornamental iron along the front of the property and driveway gates with automatic openers. Solar-powered openers are a good fit when the gate is far from an outlet. Because we weld and fabricate onsite, we can build a custom entry gate to fit your opening.

Yes. We build double drive gates, and for wide openings we can weld a steel frame behind the wood so the gate stays square.
Do you install solar gate openers?
Yes. Solar-powered openers work well on acreage where the gate is far from power.
